The Polar Opposite Group Date
The group date started off in a fun and light-hearted way! All the men were assigned different roles in a themed photoshoot with the girls. Fans watched as the men had a car wash, pilot, family photoshoot, and more! The final shoot was a proposal shoot, where some of the men shared their feelings with the women. Nate stole the show as he poured his heart into his speech to Gabby.
The after-party at Los Angeles’ SoFi Stadium had the women experiencing two very different nights. Rachel was beaming as Avan and her shared a romantic moment on the football field. Tino also told Rachel that he was 100% in for her. Many of the other men also revealed the same thing to Rachel.
Gabby, on the other hand, was not having as good of a night. Tyler kicked things off by respectfully telling Gabby he was there for Rachel.
Things took a hard turn when Hayden told Gabby he was there for Rachel because her values lined up more with his. He even called Gabby “rough around the edges.” This was Gabby’s fear that she wouldn’t be “good enough” to be The Bachelorette.
And as if things couldn’t get worse, Jacob told Gabby, “Even if you were the only one here, I don’t think I would have the heart to continue.” Of course, like any normal human being, Gabby got emotional as she felt that her feelings from earlier this week have only been validated.
The night came to an end when Rachel decided to give her group date rose to Avan. Rachel was completely blindsided when Gabby decided not to give a rose out.
