Universal Studios Hollywood is turning up the flavor for its first-ever Universal Fan Fest Nights, and trust us, theme park food will never be the same! From Star Trek-inspired eats to Back to the Future-themed bites, this after-hours event is a dream come true for foodies and fandom lovers alike.
Kicking off April 25 and running select nights through May 18, Universal Fan Fest Nights is introducing a brand-new menu curated by Executive Chef Julia Thrash, paying tribute to some of the biggest pop culture franchises. Whether you’re craving One Piece’s Straw Hat Crew Nachos or ready to take on the Flux Capacitor Patty Melt, there’s something for every adventurer.
Oh, and did we mention the all-new Universal Fan Fest Nights Dining Pass? This game-changing pass will be available for purchase at two kiosks located within the theme park as well as at participating theme park restaurants and will let you sample six incredible menu items at a flat rate — because no one should have to choose between Zoro’s Torta and Tribble Truffle Trio!

“Star Trek: Red Alert” at Quark’s Café (Hollywood & Dine)
If you’ve ever wanted to dine like a Klingon or sip on Romulan Ale, now’s your chance! Quark’s Café is serving up a galaxy of interstellar eats inspired by Star Trek’s deep space cuisine.
Must-Try Dishes:
- Klingon Targ Legs – Char siu honey-glazed pork wings with a side of spicy kimchi fried rice (perfect for warriors).
- Andorian Red Bat Sandwich – Herb-marinated chicken breast, garlic aioli, charred red onion, and arugula in a fluffy bao bun, paired with Andorian Tuber Root.
- Vulcan Fritters – Crispy mushroom fritters served with creamy hummus and a Redspice Vulcan insignia dusting.

- Andorian Ale: Originated on the planet Andoria, this blue colored alcoholic beverage is made with gin, blue Curacao, lemonade, lemon / lime soda and garnished with blue vanilla cake frosting and pop rocks, served in a shot glass
- Plomeek Tea: This refreshing beverage features hibiscus iced tea, fresh raspberries and garnished with mint sprig
- Bajoran Ale: A traditional Quark cocktail served with and without alcohol. With alcohol, cocktail features tequila, mezcal, pineapple and lime juice, ginger and simple syrup, bitters and soda water, and garnished with ginger candy. The mocktail version includes non-alcoholic spirits, ginger ale and orange juice and garnished with ginger candy
- Kanar: A popular Cardassian liquor made with aged rum, pomegranate juice, black cherry syrup, lemon juice and soda water and garnished with a black cherry fruit gummy candy
- Orion Hurricane: Served on the USS Enterprise, this strikingly green beverage is made with coconut, pineapple and lime rum, melon liquor, lime juice, green apple syrup, soda water and edible glitter and garnished with a silver dusted dehydrated lime slice
- Ceti Eel Margarita: Inspired by the Ceti Eel that enters the body via the ear and wraps itself around the cerebral cortex, this cocktail features vodka, lime juice, agave, pineapple juice, jalapeno syrup and bitters and garnished with electric fire dust and a gummy Ceti Eel
- Romulan Ale: This drink features vodka, blue Curacao, lemon juice, simple syrup, lemon / lime soda and bitters and garnished with blue rock candy
