James BayÂ took the stage at theÂ 2016 American Music AwardsÂ held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday evening (November 20) in Los Angeles.

The singer/songwriter performed his hit single “Let It Go” for celebrities, VIPs, and fans at home watching the world’s largest fan-voted award show.

In addition to James Bay’s appearance,Â Fifth Harmony, Lady Gaga, Green Day, Niall Horan, John Legend, Bruno Mars, Shawn Mendes, Twenty One Pilots, The Weeknd, special duets from The Chainsmokers and Halsey, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj, and Maroon 5 featuring Kendrick Lamar, DJ KhaledÂ withÂ Nicki Minaj, August Alsina, Future and Rick Ross, Justin Bieber,Â and â€œThe American Music Award of Meritâ€ honoree and performer StingÂ performed throughout the evening.
