Timothée Chalamet is back at the Hollywood Film Awards for another year, and we could not be more excited for him.
The actor will receive the Hollywood Supporting Actor Award at the 22nd Annual Hollywood Film Awards, which will honor his exquisite work in Amazon Studio’s Beautiful Boy. “Beautiful Boy,” based on the memoirs BEAUTIFUL BOY by David Sheff and TWEAK by his son Nic Sheff, chronicles the heartbreaking and inspiring story of survival and recovery in a family coping with addition.
Last year, Chalamet was honored with the Hollywood Breakout Actor Award, and he told Celeb Secrets that receiving it was not only overwhelming, but a “great honor to receive this sort of encouragement at such a young age.”
In addition to Chalamet, the honoree list grows with Rachel Weisz as she will receive the Hollywood Supporting Actress Award at the ceremony next month. Weisz will be recognized for her role in Fox Searchlight’s The Favourite, a festival breakout that also stars Academy Award winner Emma Stone, Olivia Colman and Nicholas Hoult. The film premiered to rave reviews at the 2018 Venice Film Festival, Telluride Film Festival and New York Film Festival and will be released by Fox Searchlight on November 23, 2018.
Both actors join Nicole Kidman, who will be receiving this year’s Hollywood Career Achievement Award.
The 22nd Annual Hollywood Film Awards will take place on Sunday, November 4th at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles.
