 The Way He Looks (2014) 

Leonardo (Ghilherme Lobo) is a blind teenager desperate for independence from his overbearing parents. His best friend Giovana (Tess Amorim) helps him at school and has a bit of a crush on him. 

Giovana also falls for new student Gabriel (Fábio Audi) but he’s falling for Leonardo instead. Over the course of several months, the three friends investigate their feelings in this Brazilian coming-of-age film. If you’re looking for something heartwarming like Love, Simon, then this is for you.
