Try to stay CALM, concert goers! 5 Seconds of Summer is hitting the road again for their Take My Hand World Tour this year.
The “COMPLETE MESS” singers took to their band’s social media account to announce the exciting news of their upcoming world tour. They posted a short tour teaser video of band members Luke Hemmings, Calum Hood, Ashton Irwin and Michael Clifford jumping around with the caption.
“Take My Hand World Tour. We’re back, and we just want to spend it playing shows with you. Let’s make more memories this year. 5sos.com/tour.”

They later released an official tour poster with all the dates and tour stops, and reassured fans that all previously held tickets to their past No Shame Tour, which was postponed due to COVID-19, will be made valid for the Take My Hand Tour.
“On a scale from 🤯 to 🗣, how excited are you for tour? #TAKEMYHANDWORLDTOUR” the Instagram post read.
The 64-date tour will kick off this April in Dublin and hit cities like Paris, New York, Los Angeles and London before wrapping in Sydney on Dec 10, 2022.
Tickets for the tour are on sale now through Ticketmaster, however, there is still no information on possible opening acts. But even without an opening act, the Take My Hand World Tour is set to be a fun-filled time.
The tour announcement comes on the heels of the release of their latest single, “Complete Mess,” which dropped on Wednesday (March 2). The anthemic single aptly balances an expansive, epic vibe with a contemporary pop sensibility, and its music video — directed by Lauren Dunn (Kali Uchis, 070 Shake, Jack White) and creative direction by Tyler Serebreni of Other Half Creative — acts as a visual extension of the song, characterized by sequences that take on an ethereal, dreamlike quality that perfectly reflect the nature of the track.
