If Finding Mr. Christmas Season 2 proved anything, it’s that Hallmark isn’t just searching for its next leading man. It’s building a full-blown Christmas cinematic universe.
After eight weeks of festive face-offs, high-stakes acting challenges, and more than a few slippery stunts, Craig Geoghan officially emerged as “Mr. Christmas,” beating out fellow finalists Angel Garet and Rustin Sailors in a finale that delivered heart, humor, and one very Hallmark-approved romantic kiss. Now, with the reunion special airing tonight (December 20), immediately following A Make or Break Holiday, the final three are reflecting on their whirlwind journey — and trust us, it’s just as cozy (and chaotic) as you’d hope.

When Celeb Secrets caught up with Geoghan, Garet, and Sailors leading into the finale, the vibes were exactly what you’d expect from three men who survived harnesses, hamster balls, and Jonathan Bennett’s diabolical imagination together: grateful, reflective, and still very much riding the Christmas high.
“It’s been really cool to hear from fans reaching out through social media,” Geoghan shared. “Friends we haven’t heard from in a while, family ranting and raving about the show. It’s been really cool to kind of build a community around Mr. Christmas.”
Unlike most reality competitions, the guys didn’t get playback during filming, meaning the episodes airing were their first real look at their own performances.
“This is the first time we’re watching these episodes,” Garet revealed. “Sometimes there were moments where I was like, ‘I can’t believe I did that,’ but everything worked out the way it was supposed to.”
For Sailors, watching became a communal ritual.
“I haven’t watched any spoilers,” he said. “I’ve watched everything live with family and friends, going through the experience emotionally with them. That’s been really special.”

There’s no denying that Bennett and Melissa Peterman are the ultimate Hallmark dream team — equal parts hilarious, nurturing, and quietly competitive.
“They were basically like our mom and dad on set,” Sailors laughed. “So sharp, so kind, and incredibly generous with their feedback. It was a privilege.”
Geoghan echoed the sentiment, adding that Bennett and Peterman were the reason nerves never took over.
“They constantly reminded us that what we’re doing is silly — it’s fun,” he said. “No one’s lives are on the line. We’re not performing brain surgery. We’re hanging from harnesses and doing slip-and-slides.”

But while the show looked merry on screen, the physical challenges were no joke. For Garet, it was the hill run — brutal altitude, zero momentum, and pure chaos. For Sailors, the infamous present-sling challenge was a shock.
And for Geoghan? One word: fear.
“I don’t know what to call it other than a human hamster ball,” he admitted. “I was nervous I was going to run out of air. I asked if they had a knife on standby to cut me out.”
Even though Craig took home the title (and a role in a 2025 Countdown to Christmas movie), Angel made it clear that everyone walked away winning.
“I gained nine beautiful friends,” he said. “I came in thinking, ‘I need to win,’ but I’m leaving already a winner.”
That brotherhood extended off-camera too — including gummy snacks being launched across the house and caught mid-air like Olympic sport.
“He should’ve done that as his talent,” Geoghan joked of fellow contestant Gabriel.

The Finding Mr. Christmas Season 2 Reunion Special airs tonight, Saturday, December 20, immediately following A Make or Break Holiday — and its must-watch TV. Hosted by Bennett, the reunion catches fans up with the cast, dishes behind-the-scenes moments, and features Geoghan opening up about filming his first Hallmark Christmas movie. And yes, the reunion continues inside the movie itself.
Both Geoghan and Bennett appear in A Make or Break Holiday alongside Hunter King, who just so happens to have judged Craig earlier this season… playing his sister then and now.
