“Hold on”… Adele is ready to take the stage again!
The 33-year-old singer took to her social media earlier yesterday (Feb. 1) to announce that she will be one of the many performers at this year’s BRIT Awards, which will take place Feb 8.

Within minutes of posting the announcement, fans shared their excitement for her performance. Although The Brits appearance left many looking forward to the show next Tuesday, some were quick to share their frustration with the Grammy Award-winning artist.
The backlash comes after the “Easy On Me” singer postponed her Las Vegas residency Weekends with Adele less than 24-hours before the first show, which was set to take place at Caesars Palace on Friday, January 21, 2022.
One fan wrote, “What about Las Vegas show?. I booked hotels, and flights. After canceling my hotel reservation, they refunded me just 40%. Also, the airline tickets. It will be probably lost Money too. This is so sad.”
And another commented, “I’m happy that you’re doing this show. But what about us? The ones that went through the process to get tickets, take time off of work, book flights & hotels. Can we get some kind of announcement. Ffs at least a we’re working on it. Something.”
There are still no updates on if her Las Vegas residency will be rescheduled or cancelled altogether, but fans are waiting anxiously.
