Adrien Nunez Talks New Single “Don’t Wanna Go Home,” Touring with Luke Bryan, and Life with Girlfriend Tianna Robillard (Exclusive)

It’s a sweltering Sunday at CMA Fest 2025, and Adrien Nuñez strolls into our backstage nook at Nashville’s Music City Center with a grin that could melt the ice in your sweet tea. The former Michigan basketball sharpshooter turned TikTok tastemaker has a set at the Reverb Stage in minutes—but first, he’s dishing on his breezy new single “Don’t Wanna Go Home,” summer dates opening for Luke Bryan, and the real MVP in his life: influencer girlfriend Tianna Robillard.

Ask Adrien what fans can expect when he steps up to the mic and he answers like he’s calling a fast break: “Energy. We’re just out there having fun—me and the whole band.”

That raw, no‑rules vibe didn’t come out of nowhere. Junkyard hoops in NYC parks taught him to tune out trash talk (and the Internet’s spiciest comment sections). “When you’re 13 getting yelled at by grown men in the Bronx, you build a callus,” he cracks, shrugging off online haters like sweat off a shooting sleeve.

If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to walk onto an arena stage mid‑set with Luke Bryan, Adrien’s got you: “I wanna do that every day for the rest of my life,” he gushes, eyes widening like a kid handed the aux cord on a road trip.

Bryan’s Country Song Came On Tour has already whisked him through Syracuse, Philly, Raleigh and beyond, giving the new kid a masterclass in superstar stamina. “Luke’s been doing it for 22 years, and seeing how he holds himself is really cool,” Adrien says.

Written in L.A. with Peter Finn and Jesse Fink, Adrien’s latest single is a sun‑kissed antidote to nine‑to‑five burnout. Over handclaps and jangly acoustic guitar, he croons, “It’s been a long day… but if it’s alright, I don’t wanna go home.”  The track has already spiked streams and spawned TikTok POVs faster than you can hit repeat. “We’re super excited—it’s doing its thing on socials,” he tells us, teasing that the next single is “pretty ready right now.”

There’s a sparkle in Adrien’s eye whenever Tianna’s name pops up—and it pops up a lot. The social‑media power couple schedules FaceTime writing sessions, surprise stadium visits (shout‑out to her 4:30 a.m. flight to Philly), and dual‑influencer content that makes #CoupleGoals look like child’s play.

“She gets every song the day I finish it—first stamp of approval or nah, I don’t like that one,” he laughs.

For CMA Fest week, Tianna crushed her own Opry debut, then hopped right on Adrien’s bus to support him on the road. Love in the time of tour buses? Consider it handled.

Scroll Adrien’s playlist and you’ll find everything from Metallica riffs to Drake hooks, and that cocktail bleeds into his writing. “I listen to everything—metal, hip‑hop, pop, R&B. Staying true to what I think is cool is the only way to keep it authentic,” he explains.

Expect that genre gumbo to flavor the post‑LOW ROAD era, where upcoming singles lean lighter and “feel‑good” without losing the emotional punch that racked up over 28 million Spotify streams on his Avery Anna collab.

After CMA Fest, Adrien’s foot stays glued to the gas pedal: more Luke Bryan dates (catch him in Fort Myers, Orlando and maybe Savannah), more studio time, and a growing catalog so fans never hit the dreaded “one song and done” wall again.

And if the music thing ever slows? Don’t rule out a second career in hype‑man commentary. He drops into a booming announcer voice that rattles the dressing‑room mirror: “Ladies and gentlemen, standing at six‑foot‑six from Brooklyn, New York—Adrien Nunez!”

Yep, the man contains multitudes—and every single one is ready for prime time.
