Andy Grammer hosted a special showcase for music industry insiders at Hyde Sunset in Los Angeles last week and of course Celeb Secrets was on site to get in on the fun!
Ever since releasing Magazines or Novels in 2014, Grammer has been working hard in the studio to make the best music he’s ever released. On July 11th, we were able to get an exclusive first listen as to what the recording artist has been brewing and let me tell you — it’s absolutely amazing.
Andy hit the small stage with an eight-piece band and instantly grabbed people’s attention when he took to the keyboard to open with “Keep Your Head Up.” The hits didn’t stop there though; Grammer continued the medley with “Fine By Me” and everyone was grooving to the beat.
In between songs, Andy made a special shout out to his wife, who is one of the main inspirations for his music. While she wasn’t in the audience (she’s about to welcome their first child), Grammer did dedicate his chart-topping “Fresh Eyes” to her and it was so sweet.
Following “Fresh Eyes,” the time we all waited for finally arrived – Andy was about to play the new music! Grammer showed that his talent is 100% genuine as he picked up a trumpet and sang his brand new tune “Give Love” with Lunchmoney Lewis. He also performed two un-released songs — “Spaceship,” which is dedicated to his late mother, and “The Good Part.” To finish off the night, Grammer continued delivering the hits with “Honey, I’m Good.” and “Good To Be Alive.”
Andy’s personality is just like his music; bright, bubbly and charming; it has a beat that you just can’t resist! You can see it in his eyes he’s truly proud of his new music, and we can’t wait to see what else is in store for the upcoming record.
Andy Grammer‘s third yet-to-be-titled studio album will be available later this year via S-Curve/Hollywood Records.
