From the moment Cailee Rae hit post on that first video of her singing, it was impossible for the world not to be enchanted by her incredible voice. Over half a million Instagram followers later, Cailee has found a way to use social media to share her remarkable talent and create a name for herself within the music industry.
CelebSecrets4U caught up with Cailee Rae a few weeks ago to talk about her exciting year ahead. In our interview, Cailee talks about growing her voice, finding her unique sound, and embracing it.
“I think the main thing is to have self-love towards yourself and really have confidence in your tone and your voice,” Cailee told us exclusively. “The hardest thing for me was definitely embracing my voice and what my tone was like. I wanted to sound like other artists and I didn’t like the way my voice sounded. It was really raspy. I think that the biggest lesson I learned was to just embrace that tone, learn how to control it, and make it better. No matter what people say, I still love it.”
She opens up about her songwriting process, her favorite lyric off her new EP, and her love for Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran. In addition, Cailee shares her thoughts on touring and who she would love to collaborate with for a video.
