Editor Juliet here. I recently had the opportunity to meet with Warner Bros. Records’ newest girl group L2M and I’m about to tell you all about my wonderful experience with Young Hollywood’s newest tweens!
For those of you who don’t know, L2M, which stands for “Listening 2 Music,” are made up of experienced singers, dancers, and actors, who have undergone intensive recording sessions, vocal and dance lessons, and acting training alongside their daily schoolwork to prepare them for international pop stardom.
Mariangeli, 12, is an exceptional singer who has racked up over 100 million views for her videos on YouTube. McKenzie, 11, is an experienced actress who has filmed for Disney. Tati, 12, is a professional dancer who assists top name choreographers. Jenna and Lexi, both 11, train at the same performing arts school in Dallas, Texas. Jenna is a first class softball player and Lexi designs her own fashion line.
Last Thursday afternoon, Mariangeli, McKenzie, Tati, Jenna and Lexi took over our Instagram to give us an inside look at rehearsals for their launch party later in the day.
After lunch, the girls headed to the studio to practice their dance moves for their big debut! Lots of fans, celebrities, special guests, and music industry VIPs were attending, so the girls needed to make sure their routine looked on fleek!

After rehearsals were complete, the girls went backstage to get into hair and makeup for their big performance. Before everyone was let in, L2M shared some photos from inside the party. There were customized balloons that said “L2M,” special goodie bags filled with L2M merch, and life-size cutouts of all the girls!

The time finally arrived — L2M‘s launch party officially started! After we pulled up to the party venue, we were speechless. The empty event space came to life in just a few hours! When we walked inside, we were welcomed by staff and took photos on the “pink” carpet. Check out our photo below!

In addition to the pink carpet, there were multiple activities available on-site for all ages. There was a coloring station where you were able to color cards with L2M lyrics, a nail bar for a fresh mani, and an interactive dance game where you were able to learn the moves from the “Girlz” music video! Yummy treats including cupcakes and juice were also served at the event.
When the clock hit 6:30, it was time for L2M to take the stage. The crowd was SUPER excited to see the girls perform as this was their first time performing for an audience as a group! Mariangeli, McKenzie, Jenna, Tati, and Lexi sang their debut single “Girlz” and showed off their killer dance moves. They also teased a few more songs off their record, which will also be featured in the new Lego movies!
After the performance, CelebSecrrets4U sat down with the girls to talk all things music! In our interview, Jenna, McKenzie, Lexi, Tati, and Mariangeli told us what its like being in a girl group, their debut single “Girlz,” and being featured in a movie! The girls also talk about designing their own Lego’s and reveal some really silly hidden talents — make sure to watch the video below!
I had so much fun talking with L2M! These girls are so talented and hardworking at such a young age. Their chemistry as a group is unbelievable and have vocals that can overpower any young lady out there right now! Did we mention that they also show everyone who’s boss with their dance moves?
I’m so excited to see what’s in store for these young ladies. Here’s to big things for L2M!
