In response to death threats, Kendall Jenner moved out of her house and filed a restraining order that’s been approved.
After receiving warnings from the Los Angeles Police Department about a man who allegedly planned to buy a gun and kill Jenner, the model and reality TV star knew serious safety measures were necessary.
In addition to these threats, there are more allegations which claim the suspect also broke into Jenner’s backyard at 2AM on March 28 where he tried to go for a naked swim.
Following the frightening intrusion, Jenner was granted a restraining order against 24-year-old Malik Bowker on March 29, forcing him to stay a minimum of 100 yards away from her at all times.
Jenner claims she never met Bowker before this safety scare, so the allegations have been shocking for her to process. Legal records reveal this case has left her with “severe emotional distress and anxiety.”
In her new move, Jenner found a safe home where she will be equipped in the case of an emergency with access to armed security, according to reports from TMZ. However, it remains unknown whether Jenner has any plans to sell her Beverly Hills estate.
Legal documents from early in the week say Bowker will be on hold in his local hospital where he will receive psychiatric support.
Outside of the courts, Jenner has been silent about the incident on her social media channels.
We really hope Jenner manages to stay safe in the midst of this turmoil. What do you think about these incidents? Let us know by either leaving a reaction at the bottom of the post or by sending us a tweet at @celebsecrets.
