Doja Cat Announces New Album ‘Planet Her’

Doja Cat is gearing up to drop our new soundtrack of the summer!

The rapper and singer announced on Wednesday (June 9) the title, track list, and cover art of her upcoming third studio album.

Planet Her, which drops on June 25, will include 14 songs total. She’s teaming up with a couple of major artists like Ariana Grande for “I Don’t Do Drugs” and The Weeknd for “You Right.” Additional collaborations include Young Thug on “Payday,” J.I.D on “Options,” and as predicted, SZA on “Kiss Me More.”

Earlier this week, the “Say So” singer dropped a teaser for her upcoming song “Need to Know.” The song comes out tonight (June 10), with the music video premiering tomorrow (June 11) at 10 AM EST.

Fans are ecstatic for the new record, especially the preview of the visuals and songs!

One user tweeted, “THE VISUALS AND TRACKLIST??? PLANET HER IS COMING TO SERVE YALL BUCKLE YOUR SEATBELTS.”

Planet Her will be the artist’s first album since she released her hit album Hot Pink in 2019.

Doja Cat recently made an appearance at the 2021 iHeartRadio Music Awards where she took home the award for “Best New Pop Artist.” She also performed a medley of her songs “Say So,” “Streets,” and “Kiss Me More.”
