Fox Announces Two-Night Season Six Premiere of “The Masked Singer”

The Masked Singer, a Fox original singing competition, returns for season six this fall with a double-stuffed premiere!

According to the broadcast network, The Masked Singer is set to kick off season six on Wednesday, September 22nd, and will follow up on Thursday, the 23 with the second half of the two-day premiere. The episodes are slated for 8 p.m. ET for both nights.

The show’s longtime host, Nick Cannon, will be returning for his sixth season. The fan-favorite TV personality will be accompanied by the usual celebrity judge panel –  Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong, and Nicole Scherzinger

Aside from the YouTube promo released by the streaming site, there isn’t much else being announced about this season and what it will consist of. Fans and viewers are still in the dark about how many characters will be competing, or what wild animal costumes will take the stage.

The promo does give a brief overview of what fans can expect from the upcoming episodes. The star-studded short clip showcases several anonymous singers and a short snippet of routines.

The promo features Cannon looking at the security monitors that all have an odd visual on the screen. The visuals alone give fans plenty of insight into what the episodes will potentially look like.

From what we got in the promo, this season of The Masked Singer looks wild! Make sure to tune into Fox on September 22 and 23 to catch the double-decker season six premiere.
