Harry Styles has rescheduled and added new dates to the North American leg of his highly anticipated tour, Love On Tour.
Styles took to his social media platforms on Wednesday (July 14) to issue a statement about the updated tour dates. He talked about being excited to get back on the road while also assuring that his fans, band, and crew will be taken care of as the pandemic is still ongoing.
The singer made a note of safety guidelines at venues and said, “Safety guidelines will be available on the respective venue websites to ensure we can all be together as safely as possible.” Additionally, he has added and changed a number of dates. According to fans on Twitter, he has canceled all Canadian dates.
As for the UK and other countries, Styles deemed the option to tour globally “not possible at this time.” However, he reassured fans that he would keep them updated with tour news AND new music! He sent love to his fans and ended the statement with, “I love you all so much. I’m excited, and I can’t wait to see you. H.”
This marks the second time that the singer has had to push back the tour. Back in June 2020, he postponed the North American dates to summer 2021 due to the pandemic. The postponing of all 2020 dates quickly followed. The announcement also comes a month before shows were set to kick off on August 14 in Tacoma, WA.
