If the members of the Breakfast Club were musical phenoms who got into a case of Manic Panic one day after school and formed a band, they would look and sound a lot like Los Angeles-based teenage pop-rockers, Hey Violet.
This crew of four have signed with 5 Seconds of Summer‘s label, Hi or Hey Records, and ventured out on their first global tour, opening for the Australian band across the US, Canada, and Europe this summer. The band got their first taste of rockdom earlier this year as thousands of kids poured into the streets of Europe and the UK at their spontaneous acoustic sets documented here.
The tour kicks off just as Hey Violet‘s original track, the video for the rambunctious kiss-off anthem “This Is Why,” has just reached over a million Youtube views.
A brand new video for the EP’s title track ‘I Can Feel It’ debuts July 23rd.
