If there’s one thing New York City knows how to do, it’s turn a major sporting moment into the ultimate celebrity takeover—and Tequila Don Julio 1942 completely understood the assignment for FIFA World Cup 2026™ Finals Week.
Transforming Pier 59 at Chelsea Piers into “Port of Champions,” the iconic tequila brand docked a breathtaking 200+ foot megayacht along the Hudson River for a multi-day, star-studded experience. From A-list panel discussions to late-night DJ sets and VIP dinners, the waterfront was the place to be seen.
Celeb Secrets was right in the middle of the action to give you the ultimate lowdown on who showed up, what went down, and how the stars celebrated the biggest weekend in global sports!

Friday night was the crown jewel of the week, and Celeb Secrets was on-site to soak in every lavish moment. The dress code called for elevated yacht attire, and the crowd did not disappoint.
The night kicked off with an intimate VIP dinner aboard the 200+ foot megayacht, where guests dined on a curated culinary experience by Mary Lou’s — savoring Montauk Fluke Aguachile, Bone-In Wagyu Ribeye, and Striped Bass, all perfectly paired with signature Tequila Don Julio 1942 cocktails.
As the sun set, over 500 tastemakers poured in for the after-party presented alongside Palm Tree Crew and VISA CashApp.

The guest list was a literal who’s-who of pop culture, fashion, and pro sports.
Best friends Winnie Harlow and Teyana Taylor were seen living their best lives at a private VIP table, dancing the night away to an incredible headline set by Cloonee (after warming up to beats by Beau Cruz) while Diplo, Candice Swanepoel, Speedy Morman, and Vinny Guadagnino kept the vibes high throughout the venue.
Fresh off their NBA championship victory, New York Knicks stars Jose Alvarado and Jordan Clarkson were spotted sipping Don Julio 1942 on the yacht deck alongside superstar athletes Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Justin Jefferson, Bol Bol, Ike Taylor, and Alex Toussaint.
Our own Juliet Schroder even made a statement at the event by wearing Hello Molly’s “It’s Giving Icon” Embellished Halter Top ($89.95) and Matching Mini Skirt ($109.95) in Plum, which caught every bit of that golden-hour sparkle along the Hudson.
