Gleeks rejoice! Becca Tobin and Lea Michele reunited on September 21st at the August Wilson Theatre in New York City, home of the Broadway show, Funny Girl, in which Michele stars as “Fanny Brice.”
The August Wilson Theatre was filled with fans watching Funny Girl, and thus to make it even more exciting, a fellow Glee star supported another Glee star.

Michele began starring in the role of Fanny Brice on September 6, but would end up missing ten days after just a couple of performances due to a COVID outbreak within the cast and crew. Michele returned this week and is back starring in the role of a lifetime. Her voice is better than ever, and her comedic timing is on point. Michele is thriving in this role, and with support from friends like Tobin, she will undoubtedly continue to thrive night in and night out.
Tobin is known for her role as “Kitty” on Glee but has been able to build a fan base outside of the show due to their wildly successful podcast, LadyGang, in which she co-hosts alongside Keltie Knight and Jac Vanek. The massively adored podcast has taken the podcast world by storm. It is fantastic to see someone who was an actress on such a massive show become part of a gigantic podcast. It’s the best of both worlds for Becca Tobin.
