As announced today by The Recording Academy®, JAMES BAY joins the list of 2016 GRAMMY® Awards performers for a very special GRAMMY® moments duet with fellow “Best New Artist” nominee Tori Kelly.
As the most nominated “Best New Artist” contender with three nominations including “Best Rock Song” for “Hold Back The River” and “Best Rock Album” for his full-length debut, Chaos And The Calm [Republic Records] the performance marks BAY’s first respective GRAMMY® performance.
About the performance, he comments, “I’ve had a lot of unbelievable moments in the past year, but I genuinely didn’t expect I’d get to add ‘performing at The Grammys’ to the list. Not only that, but I get to share the stage with Tori Kelly, one of the greatest new voices in music.”

Across the pond, he is tied with Adele and Years & Years for the most nominations at the prestigious BRIT Awards in categories including “Best British Breakthrough Act,” “British Male Solo Artist,” “British Single of the Year” for “Hold Back The River,” and “British Album of the Year” for Chaos And The Calm. He remains a worldwide phenomenon.
At radio James continues to prove his prowess as he approaches Top 10 at Hot AC and impacts Top 40 in February.
