The nominees for the 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards are here!
Spanning across genres including Pop, Country, Alternative Rock, Rock, Dance, Hip-Hop, R&B, Latin and Regional Mexican, the annual award show, now in its ninth year, will feature some of this year’s biggest acts in categories like Artist(s) of the Year, Album of the Year and the coveted Best New Artist.
Justin Bieber, Olivia Rodrigo, Doja Cat, Giveon, Lil Nas X, Silk Sonic, The Kid LAROI, SZA, Drake, Ed Sheeran, Megan Thee Stallion, Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, Billie Eilish, BTS, Tate McRae, Ariana Grande, The Weeknd, Cardi B, Carrie Underwood, Luke Combs, All Time Low, twenty one pilots, blackbear, Machine Gun Kelly, Imagine Dragons, H.E.R., Foo Fighters, Pop Smoke, Bad Bunny, Rauw Alejandro, KAROL G, and Dua Lipa all snagged multiple nominations in major categories, which you can vote for on Twitter using the appropriate category and nominee hashtags or by visiting iHeartRadio.com/awards beginning today through March 15 at 11:59 PM PT.
This year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards is predicted to be more star-studded than ever, as its celebrating the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app throughout 2021, while also offering a preview of the upcoming hits of 2022. Always celebrating the fans, iHeartRadio listeners will be given the opportunity to decide winners in several new and established categories like “Best Fan Army,” “Best Lyrics,” “Best Cover Song,” “Best Music Video,” the “Social Star Award,” “Favorite Tour Photographer,” “TikTok Bop of the Year” and the first-ever “TikTok Songwriter of the Year” and “Best Comeback Album.”
Since the Awards’ inception in 2013, the show has included live performances and appearances by such superstar artists as Bon Jovi, Maroon 5, Camila Cabello, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Ed Sheeran, Big Sean, Rihanna, Sam Smith, Lady Gaga, Madonna, Blake Shelton, Pharrell, Pitbull, Justin Bieber and many others.

The 2022 iHeartRadio Music Awards will air LIVE from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Tuesday, March 22nd @ 8PM ET/PT on FOX, iHeartMedia radio stations nationwide and iHeartRadio, the all-in-one digital music, podcast, on demand and live-streaming radio service.
