STEP 1: SWIPE
Take the shadow stick side (this will be either matte or shimmer depending upon the shade you choose) and swipe all over your lid.
STEP 2: BLEND
No need to take out makeup brushes for this step, as Wink Dazzle is blendable with your fingers thanks to just a few taps. This helps give the highly-pigmented shadow a softer look on your eyes.
STEP 3: DAZZLE
