Just a few days after Kourtney Kardashian got engaged to Travis Barker, the reality show star broke her engagement ring.
Revealing that she broke her engagement ring on last night’s episode of The Kardashians, Kris Jenner asked the Poosh founder where her ring was after she noticed that it was missing from her daughters hand.
That’s when Kourtney told her mother it was out “being fixed.”
The 43-year-old then shared, “I was sitting on the floor folding sweatshirts. I took the ring off and I put it next to me on the floor, like, thinking it would be safe next to me.” She continued by saying, “I had to get something up above in my closet, and when I stepped down, I stepped on the ring.”
The ring was customized by Barker himself, and according to PageSix, cost an estimated 1 million dollars. Kardashian revealed she broke down in tears when she damaged the ring.
She called Barker to let him know, and she said he “handled it the best.”
Kourtney also mentioned that breaking her ring gave her a nervous breakdown. She said, “I was just like, ‘This is the most beautiful thing that I’ve ever had in my life and how could I have done that?’”
But, don’t worry! Kardashian got her ring fixed and was even seen wearing it later in the episode.
