Teen Mom is kicking off the new year with an all-new series, and Celeb Secrets is getting the scoop on what to expect from it straight from your favorite OGs Leah Messer and Maci Bookout.
In Teen Mom: Family Reunion, which premieres tonight at 8/7c on MTV, the stars of the iconic franchise collide with Bookout, Amber Portwood and Cheyenne Floyd, along with Messer, Briana DeJesus, Jade Cline and Ashley Jones for what the network dubs as “the mother of all reunions.” They come together to connect with one another and celebrate their unique bonds, which Messer and Bookout say they are both “excited and nervous” for fans to see.
“I haven’t been nervous for something to air in a long time, and I’m actually nervous [for this one],” Maci tells Celeb Secrets exclusively. “I’m excited to see it.”
“I think the biggest thing that the viewers will really like is getting to see all of us together,” she adds. “Some of us had never met before, so spending two weeks together — we really got to know each other. I think the fans are gonna like that.”
Throughout the season, fans can expect to see Bookout, Messer and the rest of the gang not only get raw and vulnerable, but participate in fun activities that put their athletic skills to the test.
“I think my favorite memories from the reunion would definitely be from the activities that we did while we were there. It really bonded us and brought us closer; it just let us get to know everyone a little bit better,” Leah shares.
It’s no Teen Mom reunion without a little bit of drama, and we can confirm that Teen Mom OG member Farrah Abraham will be bringing the fireworks to the girls’ vacation.
“[It’s going to be] a s–t show,” Leah laughs.
