We’re past the halfway mark for the journey to find love on FOX’s inaugural season of reality dating series Farmer Wants A Wife, but to no surprise, the drama isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
In tonight’s episode, host Jennifer Nettles brings the four farmers and their remaining ladies together for a barn dance in Tallahassee, FL., where at the end of it, each farmer chooses a woman to go on a solo date with. The stakes get higher as the clock continues to tick and the guys and gals decide who’s making serious connections with whom.
One farmer is still dealing with the surprising departure last week of a woman on his farm, and another’s remaining ladies question the motives their farmer had in sending someone home.
To get you excited for the new episode, Celeb Secrets has an exclusive first look inside a deep conversation Lily has with her farmer Ryan during the barn dance. After hearing the 32-year-old call Hailey “emotional,” she doesn’t know if he’s really in this journey for the right reasons.
“It’s a red flag,” she says. “It’s like you’re happy making physical connections, but you don’t want emotional ones. And it’s hurtful.” To which Ryan replies, “I don’t think my actions have been off. I’ve really worked hard and tried hard, and continue to do that.”
After some other words were exchanged, Ryan says in a confessional that while he’s definitely still attracted to Lily, he feels as if the only thing that she does is challenge him.
Will this lead to Ryan sending Lily home? You’ll have to tune in when the brand-new episode of Farmer Wants A Wife airs TONIGHT, April 19th @ 9PM ET/PT on FOX.
