This week, we are introducing you to a fresh new artist that goes by the name of Nina Nesbitt–a 19-year-old singer/songwriter that is ready to make a name for herself here in the United States.
At such a young age, Nina Nesbitt has already had major success in the UK, played to numerous sold out crowds, and has received support from GRAMMY nominated artist Ed Sheeran.
After releasing numerous EPs and a full-length album in the UK, Nina has chosen to take tracks from her previous releases and combine them on one record, making The Nina Nesbitt EP. Whether its a heart-wrenching ballad or an upbeat song that makes you want to move, Nina’s writing proves to be honest, clever, and relatable to all ages.
We caught up with Nina at Island Def Jam for an exclusive interview and performance of her Top 40 single “Stay Out.” In our interview, Nina talks about the writing and recording process, working with Ed Sheeran and what’s next for the rising star. We even played a little game with Nina to introduce our readers to her funny side!
