New Music Friday: BTS Drops First-Ever English Single “Dynamite” & More

Happy New Music Friday, fam!

The weekend is officially upon us and we have a ton of new summer tunes to keep us in a good mood while we’re getting through these tough times.

To no surprise, BTS are topping our New Music Friday playlist today with their first-ever English single “Dynamite.” Only six months after the release of their last album, BTS sings of joy and confidence on the song, treasuring the little things in life that make life truly valuable and special. The song aims to bring a new surge of much-needed ‘energy’ to reinvigorate the global community in the midst of COVID-19.

This week’s releases saw another K-Pop group releasing English music as girl group TWICE dropped a new version of their song “More & More.” More earworms earned high placement on our playlist this afternoon, including Pharrell Williams & Jay-Zs “Entrepreneur,” Katy Perry‘s “What Makes A Woman;” Tim McGraw‘s “Hard To Stay Mad At” from his new album; Maluma‘s “Parce” with Lenny Tavárez & Justin Quiles; blackbear and Lauv‘s “if i were u;” and Madison Beer‘s “Baby.”

Other buzzworthy songs that are worth listening to today come from Troye Sivan, Bazzi, Bryce Vine, Tate McRae and more.
