You love our New Music Fridays so we thought we’d give it a little spin with a New Music Friday: K-Edition!
We’ll be sharing with you our favorite Korean music releases of the week ranging from K-Pop, K-R&B, K-Rap, and lots more. Rest assured, all of these will be bops because we don’t do skips around here.
WONHO gave us a great start to St. Patrick’s Day by treating us to a cover of Billie Eilish’s “i love you,” and we are all here for it. He originally performed the song during his live-streamed show “#IWONHOYOU” back in September but has made it available to us to have on repeat.
On top of this amazing cover, WONHO released his new mini-album, Love Synonym #2: Right for Us last month and will be holding another live stream concert, “#WENEEDLOVE,” on March 27 (you can buy tickets here).
This week also found a ton of releases from some OG K-Pop groups, new K-Pop groups, and many soloists; including WOODZ, Seori, Jessi, CHUNG HA and Guaynaa; with collaborations from Rain and Jackson Wang; Alesso, CORSAK, and Stray Kids; and new comebacks from PENTAGON, THE BOYZ, SUPER JUNIOR; with debuts from new girl group PURPLE KISS and new boy groups MIRAE and DRIPPIN.
