It is officially Oscar season, and The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences are announcing this year’s nominees!
This morning, the nominees were announced via live stream, which is something that they have never done before. In the live stream, we saw Academy Award winners Brie Larson, Jennifer Hudson, Jason Reitman, and many more announce the nominees.
La La Land scored big with 14 nominations and we’re not surprised! The romantic musical hit a tie with All About Eve and Titanic for most nominations in movie history.
Hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, the 89th Oscars will air live onSunday, February 26th @ 5:30PM PST/8:30PM EST on ABC.
