BUNK’D is officially back for a fifth season on Disney Channel this Friday, and its premiere episode is featuring one of our favorite of our favorite OG cast members Peyton List!
The 22-year-old actress is reprising her role as Emma Ross as she returns to Camp Kikiwaka to visit her old stomping grounds while spending time with camp owner and director Lou (played by Miranda May), counselors Ava (played by Shelby Simmons) and Noah (played by Israel Johnson), and returning campers Destiny (played by Mallory James Mahoney), Matteo (Raphael Alejandro) and Finn (Will Buie Jr).
“Disney reached out to me over quarantine and asked if I could come back and guest star,” Peyton tells Celeb Secrets over a Zoom call. “I was so excited to be reunited with everyone — the crew, the writers, and the whole family there — but especially Miranda. From the second I got there for rehearsals, I didn’t even step foot in my own dressing room. I was just in hers the entire time and we just got to catch up on everything and it was the best.”

The fifth season of BUNK’D will also introduce a new character, Parker Preston, played by Zombies 2‘s Trevor Tordjman, who claims part-ownership of the camp and is determined to implement his own over-the-top ideas, much to Lou’s consternation.
Meanwhile, Destiny takes on more responsibilities while she pursues her newly discovered passion for protecting the environment. Matteo impresses his fellow campers with his professor-level scientific expertise and Finn continues to charge fearlessly into adventures. Although Ava and Noah have gained confidence in their second year as counselors, Lou soon presents them with a daunting challenge: supervising the new “PeeWeeWaka” day campers, a fast-moving pack of energetic eight-year-olds who always keep them on their toes.
