A new year means new drama, relationships and adventures for the cast of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.
After an explosive mid-season finale, the juggernaut docu-series returns tonight (January 9) with all-new episodes focused on healing after last season’s intense division, and LAHH ATL OG Rasheeda Frost is sitting down with Celeb Secrets to give us the scoop on what viewers can expect from her and the rest of the gang on season 11B.
“What a way to start the year off,” Rasheeda says with a smile during an exclusive interview with Celeb Secrets.
As the crew moves toward a new renaissance, intent on restoration and renewal, some members realize that the road to healing and finding joy, brings up a host of unresolved trauma including addiction, grief, infertility, abuse, and assault, which causes them to shed their tough exteriors and make way for vulnerability. According to the 47-year-old rapper, she and her husband Kirk are labeled as the “shoulders for a lot of people” this season, as the rest of the cast seeks advice on relationship issues and more.

“From myself and Kirk, we’re really kind of like shoulders for a lot of people on the show. When they wanna know the real deal, I’m that person they’ll come to for the real answer. We’ve been through a lot, especially when it comes to relationship situations and even friendship situations. We’re super into trying to get everybody to understand each other’s opinions and feelings,” she shares.
But aside from helping the gang get through their problems, fans can expect the power couple to grow as entrepreneurs, as they both balancing owning multiple businesses, including Rasheeda’s Pressed Boutique, POIZ COSMETICS and Frost Bistro & Bar in Atlanta.
“Kirk and I are also focusing on our businesses and generational wealth,” she explains. “We’re really just trying to build and grow in this crazy world. We don’t know what’s gonna happen tomorrow, so we just trying to live every day to the fullest.”
While the cameras will continue to follow cast members Amy Luciani, Bambi, Erica Banks, Erica Dixon, Jessica White, Karlie Redd, Kendra Robinson, Khaotic, Kirk Frost, Mazi G, Mendeecees, Momma Dee, Rasheeda, Renni Rucci, Scrappy, Shekinah Jo, Sierra Gates, Spice, Yandy, and Yung Joc, fans of the show will be introduced to rap superstar Saucy Santana and ZellSwag, as this season is set to document the ups and downs of their new relationship.
And even though every moment is worth watching on LAHH ATL, Rasheeda says that the gang’s ski trip is definitely one to look out for in this string of episodes.
“I can’t wait for everybody to see our trip to Canada. We had a blast and there was a lot going on. For a lot of us, it was our first time skiing, our first time being in Canada… just different things. So I love when we’re able to experience first time things together. That trip had a lot of ups and downs and ended on a really great note. So I’m excited for y’all to see that,” she reveals.
“We had so many different adventures that were so fun. Skiing was a blast. I really wanted to stay all day until it closed — but unfortunately we couldn’t — so it definitely made me wanna take my family back,” she continues.
