It looks like Maren Morris isn’t the only country star that plans on crossing genres!
After the worldwide success of Morris’ “The Middle” with Zedd and Grey, Celeb Secrets has exclusively learned that Kelsea Ballerini is jumping on the EDM train too.
According to a source, the “I Hate Love Songs” singer has reportedly recorded a song with The Chainsmokers. While we don’t have many details on what the song will sound like, we do, however, know that music video for the track is on its way very soon.
“The video shoot is happening in Los Angeles the week of September 3rd,” the source shared with Celeb Secrets.
Both Ballerini and The Chainsmokers have vocalized their support of each other’s music for quite some time. Back in 2016, the “Closer” singers reached out to the CMA Female Vocalist of the Year nominee on social media by tweeting “@kelseaballerini we gotta hang.” Her reply? “I’m in!”
