Rosalía breaks out into dance in her latest music video! The new single “Chicken Teriyaki” was released today (Feb. 24) with a brand-new music video by its side.
“Chicken Teriyaki” is a smash hit that gives fans the pop sound they love from Rosalia.
The music video, directed by Tanu Muino, shows Rosalía walking into a dance studio filled with other dancers performing killer choreography.
The singer took on a bright red hair look with an all-black workout ensemble as she seamlessly dances from routine to routine.
The Spanish superstar spoke to Apple Music‘s Zane Lowe to open up about the inspiration behind the song.
“The song happened in the Mercer Hotel in New York. Because they don’t complain of the music being loud,” she shared, “And it has a vibe. When you go to the street, you see some fashion, then you go back to the hotel. New York in general, I would say New York though. New York, everybody dresses amazing.”
Rosalía has had a whirlwind couple of weeks — the 28-year-old announced that she will be making her SNL debut on March 12, and released two other singles from MOTOMAMI — “Saoko” and “La Flama” featuring The Weeknd — that drops on Friday, March 18th.
