Ever since we premiered RZMRY‘s stripped-down cover of DNCE‘s “Toothbrush” over the summer, we’ve been absolutely hooked on her music. In fact, we invited her to our studio to learn more about her musical journey and perform for us!

The Connecticut native released her debut EP GLD earlier this year, which showcases her eclectic, progressive, experimental pop.  Since introducing her voice to the world, RZMRY has been working hard on defining whom she is as an artist by fine-tuning her sound and embracing the qualities that make her voice unique. Let’s just say this — if you like Halsey and Lorde, you’ll love RZMRY.
One of our favorite songs off her record is “Limelight,” and conveniently she played it for us! “Limelight I feel like is such a millennial problem, so I feel that many people can relate to it,” RZMRY tells us. “I thought it was going to be the worst one because of the way that I wrote it, but it wound up being everyone’s favorite. It’s absolutely crazy how that happened.”
