Shawn Mendes teamed up with Khalid for his new song “Youth” and we are ALL about this collab!
Featured on his self-titled album arriving on May 25th, Shawn co-wrote “Youth” along with Khalid, Scott Harris, Geoff Warburton, and Teddy Geiger. In addition to co-writing the track, Shawn also co-produced it with Joel Little.
Take a look at the lyric video below:
Shawn first told the world about “Youth” by hosting a global outdoor campaign with murals across New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Washington DC, Toronto, London, Berlin, Stockholm, Rio, and Melbourne. With lyrics painted in between fine street art, fans were able to get a hint as to what was coming from the song through the murals. The reaction was more than positive, drawing even more hype to the song and the upcoming album.
