Show Review: So You Think You Can Dance LIVE Tour – New York, NY 10/30/14

IMG_1648dick clark productions’ Emmy-award winning series So You Think You Can Dance brought its annual tour, So You Think You Can Dance LIVE Tour to the iconic Beacon Theatre on Thursday evening (October 30) in New York City.

The two-hour show featured a series of solo, duet, and group dance routines, showcasing many dance style and genres, including tap, jazz, contemporary, ballroom, hip-hop, and Bollywood, from season eleven’s top ten contestants and alternates. Many routines were fan favorites from the past season, while others were exclusive to the fans that purchased tickets to the tour.

Whether you’re a fan of SYTYCD or just dance in general, So You Think You Can Dance LIVE Tour is definitely a must-see this year. The 70-city tour wraps in February 2015. For a complete list of tour dates, click here.

CS4U caught up with Jacque LeWarne, Casey Askew, and Marcquet Hill moments before hitting the stage at the Beacon Theatre in New York City. In our interview, the trio talked about life on the road, the fan reaction, their personal experience from being on So You Think You Can Dance, and some tour bus secrets that fans don’t see behind the scenes!
