The iconic rapper has just been appointed the Senior Strategic Advisor at Def Jam Recordings, making him a music executive at the renowned record label.

Def Jam CEO Jeffrey Harleston shared that the label is thrilled to have Snoop on the team because of his “experience and creativity.”

He continues on to praise Snoop by saying, “Snoop has a genuine passion for the label and the culture, and we are all excited to have Snoop join the Def Jam family.”
Producing 19 studio albums, generating more than 30 million album sales, and collaborating with endless celebrities over the course of his career, Snoop is sure to bring some great ideas to this business.
