The Daily Front Row’s 9th Annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards lit up the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel on April 24th, and Celeb Secrets was on the scene soaking in every rhinestone, runway moment, and red carpet serve.
From vintage glam to boundary-breaking style, Hollywood’s chicest stars came out to celebrate the creatives who make Tinseltown look this good. And let’s just say — the fashion girls did not come to play.
This year’s FLAs were packed with the fashion industry’s finest. From Adriana Lima making a major comeback (Fashion Comeback of the Year, obviously) to Hailey Bieber nabbing Beauty Innovator of the Year for her glazed donut dominance, the star power was unreal. Tyra Banks also turned heads as she took home the Fashion Icon Award — because duh.
Other major wins included Brad Goreski (Style Curator of the Year), Alexx Mayo (Makeup Artist of the Year), Dimitris Giannetos (Hairstylist of the Year), Genesis Webb (Music Stylist of the Year), and red carpet kings Wayman + Micah (Men’s Stylist of the Year).
One of the night’s most iconic moments (and there were plenty) was the celebration of none other than Betsey Johnson, who received the Lifetime Achievement Award — and did so in true Betsey fashion.
The legendary designer rolled up in a glittering, ruffled archival Betsey Johnson dress — twinned perfectly by Selma Blair, who later presented her with the award. The duo radiated bold, fearless glamour, and Betsey even gave us her signature cartwheel moment (!!) because of course she did.
To make it even more iconic, Euphoria’s Chloe Cherry paid homage in head-to-toe vintage Betsey, reminding us that Betsey’s legacy is as timeless as it is sparkly.
