Festival Prep: Make sure to have your passes secured and ready, don’t forget your ID’s, reusable water bottles, portable chargers, bring some Liquid IV for hydration and have your Primavera Sound App downloaded for an easy curated festival schedule.
1-2 PM: Happy first day! We recommend getting to the festival as soon as it opens on the first day because you’re full of life and you need to not only go buy some merchandise, but take some photos of your OOTD or with your besties before the crowds start coming in. This is also a good time to learn the layout of the festival or get to listen to music you may have never heard.
4 PM: The first artist I would see is UK Artist to Watch Shygirl at the Primavera Stage, her music is futuristic club-rap! Hopefully she’ll play new singles from her long-awaited full length album Nymph, such as “Nike,” “Firefly,” and “Coochie (a bedtime story)” – along with earlier hits like “bbycakes” and “cleo.”
5 PM: PinkPantheress is on at exactly 5 PM at the Tecate Alta Stage – you might know hits like “Pain” and “Break it off” that went viral on TikTok. This UK artist is a good balance for those groups who love EDM or don’t and everyone will have a good time singing and dancing along to this futuristic pop music! As soon as she is off run to Primavera Stage for American singer-songwriter Clairo for some indie tunes at 5:45! There are so many hits she can belt out, but we are hoping for “Sofia,” “Pretty Girl,” “Flaming Hot Cheetos,” and “Bubble Gum.”
6 PM: This is a good time to go grab some food, snacks or some more drinks, but if you wanted some nice tunes – Mustafa is a passionate artist with some good vocals that will hit hard and pull on those heart strings! He is on the Barcelona Stage at 6:30.
7 PM: Giveon is hitting the Primavera stage at 7:15 – you may know him from Justin Bieber’s single “Peaches” or from the viral TikTok sound “Heartbreak Anniversary”. If you like these his sultry voice and style you might want to stick around to hear some of his other singles like “Lost Me” or “Like I Want You.”
8 PM: This is a tough one – going on at 8:15 is Mitski on the Primavera Stage and Current Joys on the Tecate Alta Stage. If you like artists like Beach House or Japanese Breakfast we would recommend staying for Current Joys, but if you like a good theatrical, employed choreographed dance movements we defintely think Mitski puts on an amazing show you wouldn’t want to miss!
9 PM: We wouldn’t want to miss the headliner of the night Lorde! She goes on Primavera Stage at 9:15 PM and we cannot wait to see what she has aligned! From her theatrics, outfits, to her dancing – we never know what to expect from her and we simply can’t stop counting down the days! She has three albums and many singles to choose from – but “Ribs” better be one of them!
