On tonight’s (March 22) hour-long episode, viewers watched six pairs perform to fight for their spots in the Knockout Rounds on The Voice.
Viewers also learned that Miley Cyrus will be a key adviser during the knockouts. Here at CelebSecrets4U, we are beyond ecstatic to hear this news! We believe that Cyrus will bring loads of creativity to the contestants and is perfect for the show. She’s dabbled in so many different genres of music throughout the years.
**SPOILER ALERT**
Our favorite battle of the night was easily from Team Blake by Brittany Kennell and Trey O’Dell.
The two performed “The Chain” by Fleetwood Mac and was a perfect choice for the duo! Their advisor Gwen Stefani offered a lot of guidance. Christina Aguilera compared Kennell’s vibrato to her advisor, Gwen Stefani’s.
This led coach Adam Levine to mock Shelton and say, “Thats your girlfriend!” and Aguilera joined in with an “Oooh!”
She even said Brittany’s voice is what it would sound like if Gwen Stefani and Christina Aguilera had a baby, a vocal baby of course. Pharrell told Trey that although Brittany’s voice was doing something different that he still shined. In the end, Brittany Kennell won, but Trey O’ Dell was stolen and will be on Team Christina for the knockout rounds!

The results for tonight’s show are as follows:
Team Pharrell: Caity Peters won and Joe Viviona was sent home.
Team Blake: Brittany Kennell won, but Trey O’Dell was stolen by Christina.
Team Adam: Laith Al-Saadi won and Matt Tedder was sent home.
Team Blake: Peyton Parker won and Gina Castanzo was sent home.
Team Christina: Joe Maye won and Ayanna Jahnee was sent home.
Team Adam: Owen Danoff won and John Gillman was sent home.
