Tristan Thompson has proved again, once a cheater, always a cheater. The basketball player is in another cheating scandal after Instagram model, Sydney Chase reveals she ‘hooked up’ with Thompson back in January.
Chase posted on her personal TikTok account addressing the rumors. She captioned the video “Yes the Tristian rumors are true.” She explained in the video that during Adam22’s “No Jumper” podcast, she was asked about her past relations with the Celtics player. She answered, “We did have past relations; I then found out he was in a relationship and I ended things.” Chase explained she met Thompson back in November when things had started. “And then the last time we had contact — besides when he messaged me after finding out about the interview — it was the day after his daughter’s birthday party,” Chase adds.
According to Chase, when they ‘hooked up’ back in January, Thompson told her that he was ‘no longer in a relationship.’ When she found out that “he was not single,” she “cut it off” immediately.

But it gets worse. Chase went on her IG Live yesterday (April 28) and revealed the text message she had between her and Thompson. She reveals, “Khloe is not his type but I’m his type.” She continued to explain that Thompson wanted “status to make a billionaire out of himself” and to “leave and keep the status.”
This isn’t the first time Thompson has been caught in a cheating scandal. The athlete was first caught cheating with multiple women just days before Kardashian was about to give birth. The couple eventually worked things out for the sake of their daughter. In 2019, Thompson was hit with another cheating scandal, but this time with Kardashian family friend, Jordyn Woods. It seemed as though Kardashian ‘had enough and was finally going to call it quits. When the pandemic hit, Kardashian and Thompson rekindled their romance after getting close again reparenting their daughter, True.
