Celeb Secrets hit up the Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood, California for ZZ Ward‘s amazing sold-out concert last Friday (June 9th) and we have all the details from the really fun night.
ZZ Ward played to a sold out venue filled with many fans, press, and friends. Earl St. Clair kicked off the night wit his soul hits. In our opinion, he did an amazing job mixing R&B with soul music!
Following Earl St. Clair, ZZ Ward finally took the stage and it was beyond incredible.

The 31-year-old rockstar opened up her set with “Cannonball” which, in case you haven’t heard it before, is a really soulful track. Fitz from Fitz and the Tantrums even made a special appearance to sing her newest single “Domino” with her — talk about a real surprise!
In addition, ZZ also played her hit songs “If I Could Be Her,” “Lil Darlin,” “Marry Well,” “Love 3X,” and “Blue Eyes Blind.” In between, she sprinkled in some of her new tunes ones off of her upcoming album The Storm including “Help Me, Mama.” The blues/rock singer also sang “Ride” which is featured on the soundtrack of Disney Pixar’s new film, Cars 3.
ZZ Ward‘s sound is very raw; she blends blues and rock, turning it into an amazing and electrifying sound which we really love. The girl also kills it on the harmonica, which she brought out during a couple of the songs. She’s a total rockstar!
ZZ’s sophomore album The Storm is set to released on June 30th 2017.
If you haven’t listened to ZZ we highly recommend you check her out… you won’t regret it!
