The first wave of athletes have been revealed for X Games Norway 2018!

Featuring some of our favorite (and the best) athletes in skiing, snowboarding, and skateboarding, the first eighteen athletes that will participate in the competition include Skateboarders Nyjah Huston and Leticia Bufoni, Snowboarders Mark McMorris and Jamie Anderson and Skiers Henrik Harlaut and Kelly Sildaru. The best part? They’re all previous X Games gold medalists.

In addition to revealing the first wave of athletes, ESPN and X Games shared the news that hip-hop breakout Lil’ Yachty will be taking the stage for an epic musical performance.

The Men’s Skateboard Street Qualifiers and Women’s Finals will be held May 18 in the Skur 13 warehouse at Filipstad Harbor along the picturesque Aker Brygge and Tjuvholmen areas.  Both qualifying and finals for Ski and Snowboard Big Air, along with musical performances, will take place on Saturday, May 19 at the OBOS Big Air Arena in Fornebu. The Nordic Skateboard Qualifier and Men’s Skateboard Street Final will then close out the event on May 20 from Skur 13.

Stay tuned for more news on X Games Norway, as the next round of invited athletes will be revealed at the end of March!
