When it comes to red carpets, Victoria Justice always slays. She’s one of our biggest fashion inspirations!

The 24-year-old attended The Celebrity Experience red carpet at the Hilton Universal this earlier this month (July 16) in Los Angeles, CA, where she was sporting black and white trousers that gave us MAJOR Beetlejuice vibes. Justice was clearly feeling the same way, dropping some similar references on her Instagram page…

The Celebrity Experience is an interactive experience where young actors get to work and perform with today’s biggest young Hollywood celebrities giving them the hands on experience of what it’s like to work in the entertainment industry while also providing them with tools for success. Aspiring performers get to visit a set and actually shoot a scene that’s directed by a Hollywood director and filmed by a professional filming crew.

Celeb Secrets was onsite at the event where we had the chance to chat with Victoria all about acting. From the do’s and dont’s of auditioning to her overall acting experience, Justice gave us everything our readers (that’s you!) need to know if you ever wanted to be Hollywood’s next star.

We also spent some time with the founder of this amazing organization, George Caceres. He chatted with us all about what made him what to start The Celebrity Experience and what he thinks young actors should work on before making the audition rounds.

Check out our full interview with Victoria and George below and learn more about The Celebrity Experience by visiting their website and following them on Twitter.
