It’s a big day in country music history, and there’s no better way to celebrate than with a stacked New Music Friday playlist featuring some of our soon-to-be favorites from the genre’s hottest artists.
Beyoncé unveiled her newest offering, Cowboy Carter today (March 29), which she deemed was “born out of an experience that I had years ago where I did not feel welcomed.” The 27-song project features fan favorites “Texas Hold ‘Em” and “16 Carriages,” the first of which made Bey the first Black woman to top Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart. The album is laced with MANY stunning collaborations, including “II Most Wanted” with Miley Cyrus, “Levii’s Jeans” with Post Malone and an all female-powerhouse lineup on “Blackbiird” with Tanner Adell, Brittney Spencer, Tiera Kennedy and Reyna Roberts.
HARDY‘s HIXTAPE: Vol.1 3: DIFFTAPE has made for a suuuper fun Friday paying homage to country music legend Joe Diffie with 30+ of his friends and country music’s biggest artists.
