NASCAR Driver and Model Toni Breidinger Talks Bringing Fashion and Fearlessness to the Racetrack (Exclusive)

When Toni Breidinger walks into a room, she brings the same energy she carries onto the racetrack: confident, focused, and unmistakably her own.

The NASCAR driver and IMG model has spent the last few years proving that speed and style aren’t mutually exclusive. Instead, she’s made them part of the same story — one that blends high-octane racing with fashion-forward creativity, a loyal fan base, and a mission to open doors for more women in motorsports.

As Breidinger gears up for another NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series campaign — this time behind the wheel of the No. 27 Chevrolet for Rackley W.A.R. — the 24-year-old is entering the season with momentum, a new team, and a clearer vision for what she wants to accomplish both on and off the track.

But before engines roared to life at Daytona last month, Breidinger made an unexpected pit stop that perfectly captured her personality: clocking in for a fan-filled shift at Raising Cane’s in Daytona Beach just days before race weekend.

Serving fresh, hot Chicken Fingers and greeting fans behind the counter, Breidinger embraced the moment with the same enthusiasm she brings to race day — connecting with supporters while celebrating a partnership that has supported her journey for years.

“I’ve been working with Cane’s for a few years now,” Breidinger shared during a media session ahead of the race weekend. “I was such a big fan of Cane’s growing up — I always got Cane’s after my races — so it started because I genuinely loved the brand. They were one of the partners early on that really believed in me and my journey.”

That support means even more in a sport where female drivers are still rare.

“It’s really special,” she continued. “Not only are they supporting me in my journey, they’re supporting other female athletes by supporting me. It’s inspiring to know a massive company with such a huge following is willing to get behind my career.”

While Breidinger’s talent behind the wheel is undeniable, her influence stretches far beyond the racetrack. From modeling campaigns to fashion week appearances, she’s become one of motorsports’ most recognizable style stars — and she’s intentional about making fashion part of her racing identity.

When Celeb Secrets asked how she brings her signature style into the racing world, Breidinger revealed she’s more involved than fans might realize.

“I love my little fashion moments,” she told us with a smile. “I’m definitely involved in the design of my suit and my helmet.”

The creative process is something she takes seriously — not just because it looks cool, but because it represents who she is.

“I love having my creative input in that stuff,” she said. “Even just showing up to the track in outfits like this leather Raising Cane’s jacket that I love wearing. I feel like fashion and racing go hand in hand in such an effortless way.”

That mindset extends to her merchandise as well. Breidinger recently launched a new collection inspired by vintage racing aesthetics and early-2000s fashion — a style she says reflects what she genuinely loves to wear.

“I had so much creative input into the merchandise design,” she said. “It’s something I would genuinely wear, which is important to me. I wanted to blend the racing world with that vintage early-2000s look that I love.”

For fans watching from the stands or on TV, NASCAR can sometimes look almost effortless — but Breidinger says the reality inside the cockpit is anything but calm.

“I feel like it’s such a hard experience to explain,” she told reporters while previewing the Daytona race. “You’re going close to 200 miles per hour, inches away from the wall, inches away from other cars.”

And the physical demands are constant.

“It doesn’t drive like a normal car,” she continued. “You’re moving around from the wind and the air and everything. The brakes don’t just stop like normal brakes would. It looks calm as a spectator, but we’re working the wheel on everything.”

Still, that intensity is exactly what she loves most about the sport.

With a new team, new manufacturer, and a fresh season ahead, Breidinger says the biggest goal is building momentum and continuing to grow as a driver.

“There’s a lot of new going on,” she explained. “But it’s exciting. I learned a lot last year as a rookie, and now it’s about building off that, improving communication with my team, and just continuing to get better.”

Beyond results and race finishes, Breidinger is increasingly aware of the larger impact her career can have.

The California-born driver already made history as the first Arab American female driver to compete in NASCAR, and she hopes her presence in the sport inspires more young girls to follow their racing dreams.

“My advice is don’t be afraid to be the first you,” she told Celeb Secrets. “It’s easy to box yourself in because nobody’s done something before. But maybe you’ll be the first one.”

For Breidinger, legacy isn’t just about personal achievements anymore — it’s about helping the sport evolve. Looking toward the future, she hopes the landscape of NASCAR will look very different.

“I want to help pave the path and help younger girls come up through the sport. I want to feel like I actually made an impact and helped the sport grow,” she explained.

“Hopefully I’m not the only girl racing in the Truck Series at Daytona in 10 years,” she continued. “Hopefully there are ten of us or more.”

Breidinger’s influence outside of motorsports was also on full display recently when she appeared as a panelist at the Lulus Women’s History Month Panel celebrating International Women’s Day.

Joining women from across industries, Breidinger shared insights about navigating male-dominated spaces, building confidence, and forging a path that blends multiple passions. Naturally, she also delivered a standout fashion moment.

For the event, Breidinger wore the Mariposa Sage Floral Satin Lace Slip Midi Dress ($79), a romantic spring-ready silhouette that perfectly balanced polish and femininity. The satin dress featured a classic V-neckline, delicate lace straps, and subtle waist cutouts, finished with a modern midi hem and elegant kick pleat.

Between race weekends, fashion appearances, brand partnerships, and an ever-growing fan base, Breidinger’s career moves fast — but she wouldn’t have it any other way. Through it all, she’s learned one thing about herself that continues to guide her.

“I think probably how resilient I am,” she reflected. “I’ve been knocked down so many times, but I still find a way to get back up.”

And as the new NASCAR season unfolds, that resilience — paired with fearless ambition and undeniable style — may be exactly what propels Toni Breidinger into her most exciting chapter yet.
