If you thought the Gabby’s Dollhouse crew couldn’t possibly get any cuter, think again — because Season 14 is officially bringing double the paws, double the sisterly chaos, and a whole new reason to get excited about a trip to the Dollhouse.
The latest season of DreamWorks Animation’s beloved Netflix series premiered September 14, and this time around, Gabby isn’t entering the Dollhouse alone. After the 2025 Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie teased that Gabby had a little sister, fans finally get to meet her: Doozie, the bubbly, creative and very dog-loving little sister played by Celestina Harris.
And yes, she has a puppy bestie named Puggie.
Puggie is Doozie’s adorable pup who joins her as she officially steps into the Gabby’s Dollhouse universe — giving fans an entirely new cat-versus-dog (or, more accurately, cat-and-dog) dynamic to obsess over.
“Some pretty big things are coming to the season,” Laila Lockhart Kraner, who has played Gabby since the beginning, teased during an exclusive interview with Celeb Secrets. “It’s 14 seasons in, but we’re still having some really exciting news.”
That news is, of course, Doozie. And for Laila, welcoming a little sister into the Dollhouse was especially meaningful.
“I was so excited because, like, in my own life I’m the youngest sister,” she explained. “When I was little I really wanted a little sister ’cause I was like, ‘I’m tired of being the littlest. Like, I want my own person to take care of.’”

While Laila never got that little-sister experience at home, Gabby finally does — and Doozie is bringing a lot of personality with her.
“She’s my fun, bubbly, off-the-walls younger sister,” Laila said of working with Celestina. “We just really got to play, and it felt very cool to get that older sister vibe.”
For Celestina, joining a franchise she already knew was basically a dream come true. Her little brother was a Gabby’s Dollhouse fan long before she became part of the Dollhouse herself.
“My little brother used to watch Gabby’s Dollhouse all the time, so I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, now I’m finally gonna be in it,’” Celestina told Celeb Secrets.
And stepping into Doozie gave the 13-year-old actress the chance to play a character who is a little closer to her own personality than fans might expect. Doozie is “such a big personality,” according to Celestina, meaning she’s bubbly, energetic, creative and always ready to have fun.
“I’ve always done grounded work, like trying to act real and natural and focused,” she said. “But now I get to actually be myself and be bubbly. I’m just like me with another name, really.”

While Gabby has always been the heart of the Dollhouse, Doozie brings a different kind of energy into the mix. She’s a dog lover entering a world that has, historically, been very much cat territory — and she’s not exactly arriving quietly. The new season sees Gabby and Doozie exploring their relationship while opening up the Dollhouse to even more creativity, imagination and, naturally, animals.
The official Season 14 setup promises everything from a dog-ear unboxing to a cat-tastic kitchen collaboration with Cakey and CreamPup, plus a first-ever cat-and-dog playdate starring Gabby, Doozie, Pandy and Puggie. Basically: if you thought the Dollhouse already had enough adorable chaos, somebody apparently hit the “add more animals” button.
And the sisters are getting their own soundtrack, too.
The six-song Pawty Time EP arrived alongside the new season, led by “Meow-Meow Bow-Wow Family,” the first-ever musical collaboration between Gabby and Doozie. The song pretty much says it all: cats, dogs, sisters, wagging tails, paws and a whole lot of getting along.
But beyond the new puppy, new songs and new sister, Season 14 is still holding onto the thing that made fans fall in love with Gabby’s Dollhouse in the first place: imagination. For Laila, that has been one of the most special parts of growing up alongside Gabby.
Laila began playing Gabby when she was an early tween. Now 18, she has quite literally grown up with the character — and says Gabby’s famous growth-mindset message has followed her along the way.
“The growth mindset stuff really, I think, altered my brain chemistry growing up. I started when I was like 11, 12, and now I’m 18,” Laila shared. “It definitely influenced me and gave me more of that kind of growth mindset, which I feel like is so good for anybody to have.”
And perhaps just as importantly, Gabby has reminded Laila — and hopefully the fans watching at home — that growing up doesn’t mean growing out of imagination.
“I feel like having Gabby throughout all these years has definitely kept that part of myself very strong and alive,” she said. “Because, like, so often people are like, ‘Ugh, I’m grown up now. I can’t play or use my imagination.’ But that’s just not true at all.”
Now, with Doozie, Puggie and a whole new batch of adventures joining the gang, Season 14 is giving longtime fans something completely new without losing the magic that brought them to the Dollhouse in the first place.
Fourteen seasons in, Gabby’s Dollhouse is still finding new ways to open the door, invite fans inside and remind everyone that there is always room for one more friend. But this time, she just happens to have four paws, a wagging tail and a very energetic little sister.
