Nico and Flor, aka Duo Rings, stepped onto the stage as act six of the night. The pair are from Argentina, and met when she was 15 and he was 17. Though they started out as friends, the two soon fell in love, and have been together for nine years. Their love is what fuels every performance, because “love is what the world needs”, according to Flor.

As Duo Rings took the stage, a pair of gymnastic rings were lowered from the ceiling. “Never Tear Us Apart” by Bishop Briggs started to play, and the two swiftly egan their performance. Flor took hold of the rings with both hands, flipping upside down for Nico to grab onto her legs. They were lifted into the air, Flor supporting the both of them as the rings spun across the AGT stage. Nico soon took her place on the rings, with Flor using her legs to hang onto his foot for support. Both the judges and the audience were awestruck, and after nearly two minutes of astounding aerial dancing, Nico dropped from the rings and fell right over the judges’ heads onto a cushion fifty feet below.

“It was sensual, it was hot, it was dangerous, it was everything,” Heidi told them after the performance, with Simon following up to say, “we’ve seen two incredible acts so far- act one, and now you.”

Love was clearly in the air throughout the entire performance, and it’s fair to say the pair wouldn’t be able to pull off the same type of performance if it wasn’t for their trust and love for each other.

“We try to show this love that we have for each other in the air,” Nico told Celeb Secrets reporter Mandy Ward after the live show. “It’s connection, trust… we are risking our lives, “Flor follows up, “And doing it together, we’re speechless, because we just enjoy every single moment.”

“They were super sexy, it was dangerous. Beautiful.” Heidi revealed to us about Duo Rings after the live show.
