Who says vacationing in Paris can’t be tiring? Ben Affleck is fitting in naps where he can while honeymooning with his new wife, Jennifer Lopez.
The 49-year-old newlywed was seen over the weekend taking a snooze fest along the Seine River while boating with JLo. The couple’s kids, Max and Emme (whom Jennifer shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony), and Ben’s children, Seraphina and Violet, (whom Affleck shares with ex-wife, Jennifer Garner), were also on board enjoying the Parisian views.
While on the boat, The Deep Water actor can be seen sitting in a chair with his feet balanced on the railing and a relaxed jaw with his head tilted back.
The Parisian honeymoon takes place one week after the couple’s Vegas-style wedding, decades after their first engagement in 2002 and later calling it off in 2004. Jennifer confirmed the marriage via her newsletter, stating,
“We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient.”
The songstress further discussed the details of their wedding day, telling fans that the couple stood in line for a license with four other couples, “all making the same journey to the wedding capital of the world.”
While honeymooning in Paris, the couple celebrated JLo’s 53rd birthday over the weekend, enjoying a romantic dinner at the newly opened restaurant, Plenitude, and ice cream after. According to PEOPLE, the love birds received a bouquet of balloons at their hotel suite once the evening was over at around midnight.
