Yay, Brenda Song and Macaulay Culkin are engaged!
People announced the news of their engagement after Song was spotted on Monday (January 24) in Beverly Hills wearing a diamond ring on her left hand.
The couple has been dating for four years and became new parents in April to their first son, Dakota, who is now 9-months-old.
According to People, Song and Culkin both met on the set of Changeland in Thailand, directed by Seth Green. It wasn’t until July 2017 that fans noticed a romance might have started between the two after they went out to dinner at an Italian Restaurant in Los Angeles.
The actress then posted a group photo a month later on Instagram, where Culkin also appears near her.
Although the new parents have kept their relationship and family life private, you’ll stumble into a few pictures of the couple together on their few Instagram posts.
In 2020, Song dedicated Culkin a sweet message via Instagram for his 40th birthday with a photo of their backs with their names on their matching shirts.
“Happy 40th birthday to this magical being,” she wrote in the caption of the photo. “I could sit here and write endlessly about how wonderful, kind, loving, genuine, loyal, honest, brilliant and hilarious you are, and how grateful I am that I get to share and do this life thing with you. But firstly, that would take me an eternity and secondly, you won’t even see this because you don’t ever use instagram. Hahaha.”
She ended with, “My unicorn that I never thought could exist, I am luckiest person in the world because I am loved by you.”

This will be Brenda’s first marriage while this is Culkin’s second time on the altar after he was first married to the actress Rachel Miner from 1998 until 2002.
Song is currently on Hulu’s original series, Dollface, alongside Shay Mitchell, Kat Dennings, and Esther Povitsky. An all-new second season comes to Hulu on February 11.

Meanwhile, Culkin hosted his very own podcast called Bunny Ears in 2019 where he invited special star-studded friends and other celebrity guests.
He has continued to surprise fans in the past years after he made a special appearance on the 10th season of American Horror Story last year.
Also, there seems to be a super handsome, middle-aged dude on this season of American Horror Story.

Ryan Murphy, director of AHS, told E! News in 2020 that Culkin would be part of the AHS cast and revealed he has always loved his work.
“I loved everything that he’s done, I love the stuff he did in Home Alone, I also loved the sort of the older, more recent stuff that he did. And he hasn’t worked in a while,” Murphy explained to E!
When he was asking how Culkin was considered to get a role, Murphy said, “We’re waiting for the crisis to be over because all those scripts are written and I’m excited for him to play that part. I’m excited for him to be in my world because I think…I’m gonna want to do a lot of things with him if he wants to work, because I think he’s fascinating and interesting, and I think he has a soul,” Murphy continued. “There’s both a lightness and a darkness with Macaulay Culkin that I’m attracted to.”
